Costly Compassion – Pastor Daniel Nelms
Luke 10:25-37
As we look at the Parable of the Good Samaritan, we see that the man’s action went beyond simple compassion. He willingly took on the burdens of someone else. It cost him time and finances, and he was willing to get his hands dirty to care for him. Compassion can also have an emotional toll, but Jesus made it clear that there are eternal rewards.
